关于我们

   宁蒗彝族自治县泸沽湖公益中心，简称泸沽湖公益中心，由一群长期关注落后山区扶困助学事业的朋友发起，正式筹建于2014年3月，是一个立足云南省丽江市宁蒗山区、已注册的民间非营利公益组织。本组织以乡村振兴、提高农村公共卫生、关注健康教育；改善落后山区的教育环境，对山区学校进行帮扶，提供奖助学；对当地少数民族文化的传承与抢救等为宗旨开展各项公益活动。


   泸沽湖公益植根于宁蒗县永宁山区，总部座落于神圣的格姆女神山下、美丽的泸沽湖畔。通过一线工作人员深入帮扶地区获得直接真实的一手资料作为组织开展工作的依据，根据受助对象的实情况确定帮扶程度以订立最可行有效的帮扶方案，开展工作与监督跟踪，力求将有限的资源利用最大化，使更多受助对象得益。我们对受助对象的帮扶不仅限于物质和金钱上的资助，还包括对受助对象的心灵成长、精神鼓励方面进行有效的引导与辅助，在受助地区开展道德文化、环境保护、公共卫生知识的宣传教育，传播社会正能量，弘扬中华美德。


   纵然我们只是千万颗的小沙砾，但汇集在一起，就能铺成路。无论多贫乏和艰难，只要有了路，就会有希望！我们期盼与社会各界爱心人士、团队和单位携手，为推进中国落后山区的教育事业与农村社区环境改善共同努力！

Luguhu Public  is the Luguhu Public Center of Yi Autonomous County of Ninglang, Lijiang City, Yunnan Province of China. Luguhu Public is rooted in the poverty mountainous areas of Yongning Administrative Township, our headquarter locates at the foot of the holy Gemu Hill, beside the beautiful Lugu-Lake. Luguhu Public is a registered non-profit charity organization, formally established in March 2014 by a group of friends who have been long-term focusing on helping the villages, schools & students in the poverty mountainous areas.


Our charitable projects and activities aim to rural revitalization, improve the educational environment and school facilities in poverty mountainous areas, to help students from destitute families to continue their education, to enhance the public health as well as the health education level in the poor villages, and to revive national cultures. 


We send our own people into item areas to investigate effective options directly for each our projects. As a basis to the Council for decision-making on public programmes, the first hand and real information of recipients investigated from frontline is very important. We aim at helping our recipients by the most effective and proper way. We try hard to maximize the use of limited resource, in order to help as much people as we can. The helps to our recipients are not only limited to material supports or grants, but also helping people with their spiritual growth & self-confidence building. Public Health Improvement, Environmental Protection, Morality Promotion and National Culture Publicity are also what we will go in for. 


We look forward to cooperating with all caring people, community or teams, for the improvement of Chinese Education Conditions and Village Environment in the poverty mountainous areas.

       宁蒗彝族自治县，俗称小凉山，位于云南省西北部的川、滇交界处，县城海拔2240米。境内最高点白岩子主峰海拔4513.3米，最低点金沙江畔子补河口海拔1350米。2011年末，宁蒗彝族自治县辖1个镇13个乡，1个民族乡，共7个社区、84个村，是个典型的山、少、边、穷的县。宁蒗有12种民族，其中11种少数民族占81.8%，彝族占总人口的63%。


        宁蒗一名，系民国6年（1917年）设分县时，各取永宁和蒗蕖两地一字合并而成（永宁、蒗蕖两州为元朝时设立）。宁蒗历史悠久，据发掘遗址考证，4000多年前就有人类在此繁衍生息。宁蒗生产力水平低，社会发育程度参差不齐，经济社会发展起步较晚。解放前夕，金沙江边的僳僳族保留着刀耕火种、游牧游耕的原始共耕制，凉山彝族保留着完整的奴隶制，坝区和半山区的摩梭人、普米族、汉族等，则处于封建领主制。宁蒗各民族的宗教礼仪、风俗习惯、生产生活方式等，至今尚不同程度地带有原始社会的特点和遗风。


       宁蒗于1950年1月和平解放；1956年9月20日，成立彝族自治县；1986年，被国务院列为全国首批治理的272个国家级贫困县之一；1999年，被省政府列为全省八大少数民族贫困山区之一；2001年，又被国务院列为国家新一轮扶贫开发工作重点县至今。2013年数据显示：全县有贫困村委会80个、占总村委会数88%；贫困村民小组1058个，占总村民小组数91%，其中特困村民小组105个，占总村民小组数9%；新扶贫标准2300元以下贫困户47897户、22.0327万人，其中特困户10235户、54566人。有住房困难户26613户、其中住木楞黄板房、杈杈房户25300户；饮水困难人数106599人。丧失生存条件人数48000人；未通电村民小组600个，未通公路村民小组610个；有文盲劳动力69736人，占总劳动力的46%。2020年，宁蒗县综合贫困发生率降至2.03%，82个贫困村全部脱贫出列，全县基本达到脱贫标准。2022年，宁蒗县被列入国家乡村振兴重点帮扶县。
